Wedding Policies & Guidelines of Sweet Clover Farm

As you make your plans, please keep these guidelines in mind:

Reserving a Date

Sweet Clover Farm operates on a first-come, first-served basis and weddings take precedence over other events.

  • Saturdays are normally reserved for Ultimate Weddings.
  • A non-refundable deposit of $500 is required at the time of signing a Wedding Policies & Guidelines Agreement, Wedding Services Agreement.

Cancellation Policy

Due to Event Venue Business and bookings for weddings that can be booked several months in advance, once we sign a contract to hold your chosen date, we make that date unavailable for other bookings. Therefore all payments are non-refundable.


Confetti, sparklers, and fireworks are not permitted on the premises.


Parking will be in designated areas.  We provide 2 parking attendants on site to park guests.

Driving in fields will not be tolerated.

There will be reserved parking for handicap, and any outside vendors.

Courtesy rides will be available for people needing assistance.


Please feel free to choose your own vendors for catering, music, officiant, hair and/or makeup artist, photography and/or videography, tents or choose from our list of suggested local vendors.  (List will be available soon)

Sweet Clover Farm request that you provide contact information for all vendors booked.  We will ask you to please contact them prior to your event to confirm timelines and provide accurate directions to our property.

Alcohol & Tobacco

Sweet Clover Farm does not supply or sell alcohol.

Bartenders are not provided.

A designated “go to” person is required in the event you are providing alcohol. This person is to remain sober as they will make decisions on your behalf.

Please remember that it is illegal to serve alcohol to persons under the age of 21 and failure to this law will not be tolerated.  Illegal, disrespectful, destructive, and unruly behavior will result in immediate removal from the property. Smoking is permitted in designated areas.

Please use provided containers to extinguish all cigarettes.     


You are responsible for removal of all decorations, signs, food, catering items, etc. that you provided.  Please allow enough time at the end of your event to make sure guests have left the premises at the designated time in order to finish clean-up before the 11:00 p.m. deadline.

You will be charged $100.00 per hour if the event and/or cleanup time exceeds the deadline.

Rental equipment must be removed from the property the following day.

All trash must be bagged and left in the designated area.

Sweet Clover Farm is not responsible for any damage or theft of any items left by you or any guest attending your event.

Liability and Damages

You will be held responsible for payment of any and all damages to property and/or buildings of Sweet Clover Farm caused by your guests, wedding party, family members or vendors. This includes payment of reasonable attorney fees.  You agree to hold harmless Sweet Clover Farm and its employees of any damage, liability or injury suffered by you, your family, your guests or your vendors while on Sweet Clover Farm property.

Miscellaneous Policies

Live animals, except for service animals, may not be brought onto the premises.

Sweet Clover Farm reserves the right to take photographs of rental events for its own records and for use in advertising or promotions.


The client agrees to defend, indemnify and hold harmless, Sweet Clover Farm LLC from and against any and all claims, demands, causes or action or liabilities incurred by Sweet Clover Farm arising from clients acts or omissions under this agreement or any act or omission of clients vendors, employees, contractors, persons attending the event with the express or implied permission or invitation of client, except as may arise from the negligence or willful misconduct of the property.  Sweet Clover Farm will not be held responsible for any losses, damages or injuries. This refers to any loss, damage or injury to persons or possessions that may occur at any event held on this property, from any cause, whatsoever, prior to, during, or subsequent to the period covered by this contract. Client will be responsible for the control and supervision of the people in attendance during the use of the property to ensure no harm is done to persons or property. Client agrees to abide by this agreement and acknowledges having received a copy thereof. Client will be held financially responsible for any damage to the property or equipment, which occurs at the client’s event.
